Great Lakes Logistics Group LLC is a Detroit cross dock and load handling operation. We take on the freight other docks turn away, and we turn it around fast.
What we actually do
We are a working dock, not a brokerage front. Trailers back in, our crew unloads, sorts, stages and reloads, and your freight goes back out — often the same day. No freight sitting for a week racking up storage. No handoffs between three vendors who each blame the other.
Everything runs from our 97,000 sq ft facility at 6061 Cicotte St, Detroit — room for trucks, cross docking, repairs and pallets under one roof, positioned for the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois lanes that most Great Lakes freight moves through. More services are coming soon as we build the site out.
